A former waitress who worked at one of Melbourneā€™s most well-known French bistros has been awarded more than $150,000 in damages after the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found she suffered ā€œgrievousā€ sexual harassment at the hands of a colleague, who fled the country before the hearing.Ā
