Judge axes claim in NAB Docklands construction dispute

A judge has upheld a court referee’s dismissal of construction subcontractor Brighton Australia’s claimĀ  that global contractor Multiplex violated the Australian Consumer Law by making misrepresentations in a subcontract for construction work on the NAB flagship office building in the Melbourne’s Docklands neighborhood.
